The fine print
Plainly, so there are no surprises.
When you're billed
Tuition is charged on the 22nd of each month, for the following month. It's a set figure regardless of attendance or how many classes fall in that particular month.
Annual tuition review
Rather than adjusting tuition every three years with a larger 9–12% increase, tuition is reviewed annually and adjusted based on inflation: creating smaller, more manageable steps that keep tuition aligned with the rising cost of providing exceptional training. Any increase takes effect with September tuition each year
Closures
Tuition isn't pro-rated for studio closures or observed holidays. Those dates are published a year ahead on the Important Dates page.
How you pay
All enrollments are on autopay. Bank draft & debit cards are free. Credit cards carry a 3% surcharge. No cash or checks. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Leaving
Glass House offers "Click to Cancel" right through your Parent Console account. To avoid billing for the upcoming month cancelation is due by the 21st of the month. No withdrawal fee.
Missed a class?
A makeup is yours, and it never expires while your dancer is enrolled. Any class within their age division works, whatever the genre but with sensitivity to level. Makeups can be scheduled right through your Parent Console account.
The one catch
All makeups expire upon withdrawal, and classes falling on a published closure aren't eligible for one. That's the whole list.
